Will I Be Locked Into a Contract?No, CFC will not lock you into a contract; we want to earn your business each time we clean.

How Many People Will Clean My Home or Facility?The size of the team depends on the size of your home/facility and its condition. The most common team size is two members. For larger homes or jobs, we use two to four people, one of which is the team supervisor.

Is It Okay to Leave Special Instructions?Absolutely! In striving to maintain a good relationship with our clients, we feel that communication is critical. We will give you a CFC notepad for this very purpose. Please use this notepad to let us know if you want us to pay special attention to an area during a cleaning, or to offer suggestions, compliments, or complaints.

Does Cleaning For College Offer Recurring Service and Discounts?Yes, recurring cleaning services and discounts can start as early as your second time using our service. After your first order with us, we will be happy to put you on a scheduled service plan customizable to your specifications. Usually, this is weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, but we can cater to your needs.

What Other Services Does Cleaning For College Provide?In addition to providing janitorial services, we also provide residential/commercial lawn care services, snow removal and errand services.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 48 business hours' notice (excluding weekends) is required. If an open ended (hourly) cleaning is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged.
